Cardiff: a decaying, one-street mining/quarrying town. There's only one shop
open, and it sells melodramatic Native American art (eagles, moonlit wolves,
rugged, painted and head-dressed warriors), crystal ornaments and role-playing
dice. You can tell you're in Wales, because the street signs are decorated with
little red dragons.
