More big, leafy suburban houses in Neighborhood Watch zones, with a big main
road running right through the middle. This is suburban commuter-town hell. Heavy rain,
plus my reluctance to take photos of people's private property, makes me wonder,
not for the first time, what on earth I'm doing here. Plus, with all the rain,
my wet shoes are starting to stink. I buy clover sprouts and bread rolls from
Acme, and get lost in their stockroom while trying to find the bathroom.
